Media Release: Cape Cultural Collective connects three continents in online fundraiser
The Cape Cultural Collective will round off 2021 with a transcontinental fundraiser featuring music and artistic performances from Africa, South America and Europe.
Reconnexions will take place online on Saturday 18 December 2021 from 20h00 to 22h00 (CAT). The event will be Live-streamed on Zoom.
Participants can gather in their homes with family and friends, connect to a good speaker and join in an evening of dance and togetherness with people from across the globe.
The theme for the event is A common humanity through the arts.
Screens are on sale for R150 or 10 dollars. People wanting to participate, can contact the Cape Cultural collective on capeculturalcollective@gmail.com and you will be sent the bank or PayPal details for payment. You will then be supplied with Zoom link details and guidelines for the programme.
