Support the Arts by joining the CCC’s Circle of Culture

In 16 years, the CCC has grown into a powerful movement. We bring people together and promote personal and collective development.

We run regular cultural programmes and concerts, have two choirs and a musical ensemble with about 60 singers, have published a poetry anthology and do theatre productions and human rights programmes.

The CCC even held its own during the pandemic. We connected with new audiences through online programmes and provided music for the award-winning short film Address Unknown. We had several food drives to assist struggling artists and families. Two years ago, we added an Arts and Nature initiative, professional recordings and musical lessons to our growing range of programmes. This year, we launched a musical ensemble that will aim to do high level performances and foster the further growth of artists.

Arts is vital for holistic progress. It nurtures critical thought, builds self-esteem, has health benefits and boosts cognitive skills.

The Circle of Culture is our main funding platform – a network of more than 80 supporters who on average contribute about R200 per month. Others do an annual lump sum or give what they can when they can.

We call on you to become a part of this platform. Become a patron of the Arts and help to unite communities, grow the potential of young people and contribute to building society through the arts.

If you would like to be part of our Circle, just go online and schedule a series of monthly payments to the CCC account or do an annual lump
