The CCC is massively grateful to the family of the late Lorna De Smidt for donating R250 000 for our youth development work.
The funds will be used for our junior choir, arts, and nature programme, musical lessons, and mentorship initiatives.
Lorna, who passed away last year, went into exile during apartheid. She was a lifelong activist for justice. She supported the work of the CCC for many years.
The family will make further donations later in the year.
